YCD Colorado is a conference that offers workshops, trainings, discussion groups, and resources to empower Colorado teens and educators to advance inclusion and justice in their local school and community. Mountain Pride is offering 30 high school students the opportunity to participate.

About the event
Started in 1994 as the Cherry Creek Diversity Conference with just 18 schools attending, today YCD Colorado reaches over 1,100 teens and educators in 185+ schools and youth organizations annually across the state through our program.
YCD Colorado is a conference that offers workshops, trainings, discussion groups, and resources to empower Colorado teens and educators to advance inclusion and justice in their local school and community. Mountain Pride is offering 30 high school students the opportunity to participate in the conference for free, transportation and food included. Chaperoned by ECSD teachers and Mountain Pride.
Spots are available on a first come, first serve bases for high school students in Eagle County. Register and receive a link to sign up for workshops.The conference is filled with numerous opportunities for students and teachers to discuss, engage and explore the topics that are most important to them, and they will have the option to pick which workshops they would like to attend.
The conference is a day-long event in Denver starting at 8am and ending at 4pm. Pick up starts at 5:30am (EVHS) 6:00am (BMHS), and drop off are at EVHS by (7:30pm) and BMHS (8:00pm).
